You should, however, use freshly squeezed juice for optimum benefits. Bottled lemon juices are artificial, therefore, not really beneficial contrary to what the companies that manufactured them say.
Toothpaste
There are two things you can immediately enjoy when using toothpaste to treat your acne; first, it is inexpensive and; second, it does work. What makes toothpaste an effective treatment for acne is that is also contains sulfur which is an effective agent to dry out acne.
However, it is advisable for spot treatment; if you have a spot of acne on your face, you can put a little amount of toothpaste on it and it will dry out almost automatically. But it is not advisable for bulk application as it can cause more damage to your skin than help.

For centuries, aloe vera is known to treat almost all skin problems. Others even use it to grow their hair. Pet lovers also utilize it to treat dog’s mange. In short, aloe vera has what it takes to become a wonder plant, and I guess it is.
This herb has a soothing and cooling effect that would be useful enough in reducing the redness and swelling of skin with acne. Because of this, it is not just effective in treating adult acne in general, it also reduces the blemishes on the skin.
Proper Nutrition
All the food you take play significant role in your body’s development and while we think they are helpful, well, not all of them. Someway, somehow, there are small amount of toxins in what you eat especially junk foods. These toxins cause acne and other ailments.
